turso-orm is dual-licensed under the MIT license and the Apache License, version 2.0. You may use it under either one, including commercially, and keep the license of your own code.

The Turso database is a separate project with its own license; see the Turso repository. The Turso name and logo belong to Turso.
By contributing to turso-orm you agree that your contributions are licensed under the same dual license.
